The purpose of the group is to promote and preserve Hawaiian language, culture and song through choral music. The chorus annually presents concerts to the San Francisco community and has performed in such places as the annual Aloha Festival, the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival and Bethany United Methodist Church (the group's rehearsal home). The chorus has also performed with Hawaiian artists such as Patrick Landeza, Kawika Alfiche, Steven Espaniola, Pili Moreno and Pulama.

Last Valentines Day, our Hawaiian music duo, Pulama played Aloha Grams for seven couples and we also played for a wedding party. Aileen at "Aloha Leis" worked with us to provide beautiful lei for the Aloha Gram recipients and for the wedding party. It was a pleasure to work with Aileen. The lei were delivered on time, with care, and in excellent condition. Aloha Leis provided the bride with a special lei that wowed everyone at the wedding.
